The location was convenient, making it easy to access the interstate. Unfortunately, the check-in process was chaotic, as I received a room already occupied. Upon receiving a new room, I encountered numerous roaches, which was off-putting and raised cleanliness concerns. It took frustrating back-and-forth with rude staff regarding my refund after this incident, which was never resolved satisfactorily. While I didn't get to enjoy any dining options, the presence of Uonuma-grown rice might have been a redeeming feature.

The staff was really helpful, always asking if I needed anything! I was pleasantly surprised by how much they cared about our comfort, especially this maintenance guy who fixed up my shower great, like it was his own !

during my stay, I appreciated the hotel's proximity to beautiful parks like Turkey Mountain Park, which is just about a 5-minute drive away, and I enjoyed trying out several local eateries that were within walking distance, including Freeway Cafe just a short walk away, perfect for breakfast before a day of exploration.
